High School Senior Photography Special

Years of high school have laid the foundations for new beginnings just over the horizon.  Azy’s Photography captures that anticipation mixed with a touch of nostalgia.  As your graduation day approaches, if you have not had your senior photos taken, why not check out Azy’s Senior photos on her website and consider having her take some candid shots for your yearbook and for your family and friends memories.  If you’ve had senior photos taken, but you would like to have some more exciting, adventurous and amusing photos, taken at the location of your choice, give Azy a call and plan a fun photo shoot outing, either by yourself or with a gang of high school friends.  It’ll be an event that will add to your high school memories.

And as a special incentive, bring two or more classmates, friends or family members and your sitting fee will be free, a $300 value.  And, by the way, you don’t have to be a senior to take advantage of Azy’s Special.

Choosing a Wedding Photographer

Choosing a Wedding Photographer

How important is choosing a photographer for your wedding?  Simply put, your wedding photographs are the single most lasting element of that special day.  Where your wedding took place, the bridal gown, bridesmaid’s dresses, the groom and groomsmen’s tuxedos, your wedding cake and all the decorations and activities surrounding your wedding and reception are captured in detail, along with the emotions of the moment, by your photographer.  Isn’t it of paramount importance then, that the photographer you select be in tune with all aspects of your wedding day?

Fun loving Bridal party!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spend time talking with potential photographers and select one who you are comfortable with, one who will not only work within your budget and provide the kind of photographic style you desire, but with whom you can make a personal connection.  After all, your photographer will spend more time with you on your wedding day than any other vendor.  Select a photographer who is businesslike but personable and easy to work with and who has an attitude that reflects a relaxed, yet professional shooting style.  You can avoid post wedding disappointment with your photographs by spending the extra time to choose a photographer you are comfortable with and can trust, one who will provide your type of photography and with whom you can develop a special bond so your wedding day photographs will reflect that special day just as your remember it.

Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, Scottsdale, Arizona

Jessica and Nate’s beautiful wedding took place Saturday, April 10th, 2010 at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona.

Look of love

A gorgeous bride and handsome groom, with wonderful families, made this event especially memorable.  Everything went as planned.  The Hilton staff was courteous and helpful throughout both the ceremony and the reception.  The outside ceremony site was set up beautifully and the reception hall was decorated tastefully with candles and romantic lights.  Rattle and Roll Entertainment was the DJ, very energetic and fun. I recommend the site to anyone.

FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHIC HISTORIES

FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHIC HISTORIES

The history of a family can be captured in many forms; word of mouth passed down through generations, written diaries, genealogical and documented family histories, videotaped interviews of family members, photographs and montages of photos, slides, home movies and videos.  Each method has its own positives and negatives.

Word of mouth loses importance, details and focus over the years.  Written documented history and genealogical recording is usually a special project taken on by a family member with a keen interest in doing so.  Keeping a diary or journal must become a routine effort that is carried out habitually on a regular basis (daily, weekly, etc.).  Videotaped interviews and montages created from photographs, slides, old movies and videos can become a time consuming exercise, although well worth the effort if cost and time are not an issue.

That leaves photography.  We’re all familiar with the old photos from our family albums, posed in most cases and hurried snapshots from vacations and family events.  While these are treasured mementos and important pieces of our family history, in most cases they don’t reflect the mood and personality of the family member or the emotions of the moment.  This type of family photography is usually disjointed with time gaps and missing children and family growth periods.

This is where the services of a quality professional photographer become essential to preserving the continuity of a family’s growth.  A caring and sensitive children and family photographer can make your family’s history come alive by creating time slices of special moments, capturing feelings and emotions that reflect the essence of your family’s personality.

Individual portraits and events professionally photographed on a regular basis make your family’s history come alive when viewed years down the road.

So, take the time to have your family or event professionally photographed regularly so that current and future generations can not only see their family in the picture but can also relive their emotions and mood as well.

Walking, hoping, having fun.
